Schedule Information

• Static Virtual Exhibit pages will be active through November 14th.
  
• Spatial video chat networking (Gatherly) will be active while the meeting is in session, with scheduled networking/exhibit times as follows:
• • FRIDAY
  • • 9:25 - 9:50 am for Genetic Testing Pre-Conference Participants (Jack-o-Lantern)
      
    • 11:00am - 12:00 pm for Palliative Care Symposium Participants (Haunted House)
      
    • 11:30am - 12:00 pm for Genetic Testing Pre-Conference Participants (Mummy)
      
    • 1:50 - 2:20 pm Networking for Annual Meeting Attendees (Ghosts)
      
    • 4:45 - 6:00 pm Networking & Posters (Bats & Black Cats)
      
  • SATURDAY
  • • 9:45 - 10:15 am Networking for Annual Meeting Attendees (Ghosts & Jack-o-Lantern)
      
    • 11:45 am - 12:15 pm Networking for Annual Meeting Attendees (Haunted House & Mummy)
      
    • 12:15 pm - 12:45 pm Business Meeting & Member Awards (Zoom)
      
    • 1:30 - 2:00 pm Networking & Grand Prize Drawing (All Floors)

Simplified attendee engagement incentives for the virtual platform.

• The lobby is now being used to reinforce basic Gatherly navigation tips and information, working to get everyone into the elevators from the outset.
• Gatherly floors have been renamed to Halloween themed names.
• Specific floor(s) will be highlighted during each networking period to further drive traffic to all areas, based on the No Tricks, All Treats schedule.
• Prizes will be awarded after each and every dedicated networking session time, providing a more immediate, tangible enticement.
• A drawing of the cumulative contacts from both days will include a choice of one of five great prizes.
• The grand prize drawing at the conclusion of the meeting is presence based, for one last final push to connect.
